We hosted a pair of red foxes and their kits under our barn and in our pasture one spring. This is one of the kits trotting over to join his siblings. Elbert, Colorado
The red fox is the largest of the true foxes and one of the most widely distributed members of the order Carnivora, being present across the entire Northern Hemisphere from the Arctic Circle to North Africa, North America and Eurasia. Wikipedia
