Description
The sun is out and the crows are happy! It had been bitterly colds for several days here in Colorado. The fog froze on the trees creating this lovely hoarfrost. Just add blue skies and crows for more appreciation of the frost.
The American crow is a large passerine bird species of the family Corvidae. It is a common bird found throughout much of North America. American crows are the new world counterpart to the carrion crow and the hooded crow. Wikipedia

Mass: 0.7 – 1.4 lbs
Lifespan: 7 – 8 years (In the wild)
Wingspan: 2.8 – 3.3 ft.
