Description
The Welsh pony Romeo has been part of our summer mowing crew for about three years. He has been fun to have here. When he is not eating grass or causing trouble he is used as a barrel racer, pole runner and trail pony. He has a new young owner and no longer lives in Colorado. I think I miss him. Did I mention that he can jump a four foot fence?
The Welsh Pony and Cob is a group of four closely-related horse breeds including both pony and cob types, which originated in Wales in the United Kingdom. Wikipedia
Other names: Welsh Mountain Pony; Welsh Pony of Cob Type; Welsh Cob
Distinguishing features: Hardy, sure-footed, intelligent. Refined with clean bone, with substance, stamina and soundness.

A beautiful image of the Welsh Pony, Alana! Your pastures have such an abundance of lush grasses for the horses- very attractive! F&L!!
